GoWashy is not liable for any lost items.<\/li><li>\u00a0Delays in pickup or delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><h4><strong>\u00a0Service Guarantee<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ul><ol><li>GoWashy ensures quality service via trained professionals and certified workshops.<\/li><li>\u00a0If dissatisfied, customers must report issues within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> of service completion.<br \/>Rework, if eligible, will be scheduled at the earliest convenience.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><h4><strong>\u00a0Cancellation &amp; Refund<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ul><ol><li>Free cancellation allowed up to<strong> 2 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled services.<\/li><li>Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within <strong>5\u20137 business days<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><h4>Customer Responsibility<\/h4><\/li><\/ul><ol><li>\u00a0Ensure vehicle availability at the scheduled time.<\/li><li>\u00a0Provide accurate vehicle details and pickup\/drop addresses.<br \/>Do not engage in any abusive or inappropriate behavior with GoWashy personnel.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><h4><strong>\u00a0Liability<\/strong><\/h4><\/li><\/ul><ol><li>GoWashy is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.<\/li><li>For workshop-based services, GoWashy ensures vehicle safety but does not cover damage from external causes (e.g. accidents, natural calamities).<br \/>Claims for damages must be submitted with photo\/video evidence before vehicle delivery.<\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>Certification<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li>\u00a0Vehicles listed under GoWashy Certified Cars go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and are tagged \u201cCertified by GoWashy.\u201d<br \/>Certification does not replace original OEM warranty.<\/li><\/ol><ul><li><pre>Modifications to Terms<\/pre><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<strong>GoWashy may update these terms at any time.
