User Policy

 By booking any service through the GoWashy app you agree to the following terms and conditions:

•   Services Offered

GoWashy offers:

1.  Doorstep Services : Car wash and bike wash at your chosen location.
2. Workshop Services ( Free Pickup & Drop ) : Car and bike servicing, detailing, denting & painting, ceramic coating, PPF, interior cleaning, and more.

• Booking & Payment

1. All bookings must be made via the GoWashy application.
2.  Online payment and cash on delivery options are available.
3.  Prices shown are indicative and may vary based on vehicle condition or location.
4.  Full payment must be made upon job completion unless prepaid.

• Vehicle Pickup & Delivery

1.  Pickup and drop services are offered only for specific services.
2. Customers must remove valuables before handing over the vehicle. GoWashy is not liable for any lost items.
3.  Delays in pickup or delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

•  Service Guarantee

1. GoWashy ensures quality service via trained professionals and certified workshops.
2.  If dissatisfied, customers must report issues within 24 hours of service completion.
   Rework, if eligible, will be scheduled at the earliest convenience.

•  Cancellation & Refund

1. Free cancellation allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled services.
2. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Customer Responsibility

1.  Ensure vehicle availability at the scheduled time.
2.  Provide accurate vehicle details and pickup/drop addresses.
   Do not engage in any abusive or inappropriate behavior with GoWashy personnel.

•  Liability

1. GoWashy is not liable for pre-existing damage to the vehicle.
2. For workshop-based services, GoWashy ensures vehicle safety but does not cover damage from external causes (e.g. accidents, natural calamities).
   Claims for damages must be submitted with photo/video evidence before vehicle delivery.

Certification

1.  Vehicles listed under GoWashy Certified Cars go through a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) and are tagged “Certified by GoWashy.”
   Certification does not replace original OEM warranty.

• Modifications to Terms

 GoWashy may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
